The Mediaset Group, like other leading national and international groups and companies, has created a Code of Ethics that defines the combination of values that the Mediaset Group recognises, adopts and shares, at all levels, in the exercise of its business activities,
The principles and the regulations contained in the Code of Ethics constitute explanatory examples of the general obligations with regard to diligence, transparency and loyalty that qualify the execution of professional performance and behaviour in the workplace.
The principles and regulations of the Code of Ethics are binding for all directors, all personnel linked by contract to the companies of the Mediaset Group, and all those operating with, or on behalf of, the companies of the Mediaset Group, in whatever capacity, including temporary.
The Code of Ethics of the Mediaset Group has been approved by the Board of Directors of Mediaset SpA and by the companies that are part of the Group. Any eventual modification and/or integration to the same will be approved by the Boards of directors and promptly communicated to interested parties.
