Minimum duration: from the effective allocation of frequencies which remain valid for a period of at least 5 years after national analogue switch off.

Possible pre-emption or renewal for a further 5 years

Amounts will be adjusted in line with ISTAT certified inflation rates and any eventual administrative charges (contributions and administrative rights) applied to network operators pursuant to art. 17 TUSMAR.

A 4% discount for agreements of 6 years.
