Pier Silvio Berlusconi
Born in Milan on 28th April 1969.
His professional life began in 1992 in the marketing department of Publitalia (the advertising arm of the Mediaset Group). He then moved to broadcasting where he developed new youth programmes for the national channel Italia 1.
In November 1996 he was appointed director of scheduling and programme coordination for Mediaset's three channels.
In 1999 he was nominated Deputy General Manager Content of R.T.I..
In April 2000 he was appointed Vice Chairman of Mediaset S.p.A., in addition to Chairman and Chief Executive of R.T.I.
He is also a member of the Boards of Directors of Fininvest spa, Gestevision Telecinco S.A, Mediaset spa, Medusa Film spa, Mondadori spa and Publitalia spa.
