Born in Milan on 10 August 1966.

Joining the company when she was very young, she has always been involved in corporate management and the Group's business and financial strategies.

In July 1996 she was appointed Deputy Chairman of Fininvest SpA, a position she held until October 2005, when she became Chairman.

Since February 2003 she has been Chairman of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A..

She is also a member of the boards of directors of:

- Mediaset S.p.A.

- Mediobanca
